Calculation Method Of Coil's Heat Transfer Area

1. Calculation method of heat exchanger area of wind condenser


Refrigeration capacity + compressor motor power / 200 ~ 250 = condenser heat transfer surface, e.g. (3SS1-1500 compressor) CT = 40 CE = - 25 compressor refrigeration capacity = 12527W + compressor motor power 11250W = 23777 / 230 = air condenser heat transfer area 103m2


2. The ratio of heat exchanger area to coil 

ratio = 1 to 18 (103 /18) =6m2



The area of the evaporator is based on the refrigeration capacity of the compressor (check table for the correction coefficient of the evaporation temperature T relative humidity)



3, the calculation method of cooling capacity: = temperature difference * weight / time * specific heat * equipment maintenance organization
